Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive Accountant to support financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities for our growing portfolio of hospitality clients. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the timely, accurate, and reliable delivery of financial information in line with our high service standards.
Operating in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, you will manage competing priorities across different properties and workflows. The idóneo candidate has rock-solid accounting fundamentals, learns new systems quickly, and possesses the strong communication skills necessary to maintain trust with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Top Priorities & Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day & Month-End Execution: Execute accurate daily accounting tasks, prepare journal entries, and actively support the month-end close process to meet strict client deadlines.
Balance Sheet Integrity: Clean up, maintain, and resolve reconciling items to handle an increased volume of balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring absolute data integrity.
