Digital Operations Manager (E-commerce & Marketplace Operations)

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence across digital commerce channels? We're looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support regional e-commerce and marketplace operations across Latin America. In this role, you'll leverage operational data to improve business performance, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure an outstanding digital customer experience while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

We're looking for a business-oriented professional who uses data to improve operations, influence stakeholders, and successfully execute strategic projects.

You will:
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs across e-commerce and marketplace channels to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, order fulfillment, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Customer Service, IT, Analytics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing,



and Sales teams.
Coordinate operational activities with marketplace partners and third-party vendors across Latin America.
Support marketplace operations by ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
Partner with regional stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve operational performance.
Participate in the onboarding and integration of new marketplace partners and digital initiatives.
Review and analyze operational reports and dashboards to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Challenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
Influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
