Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at Journey Freight International situated in Medellín. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day to day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Candidates must bring proven experience in sales within the freight brokerage industry to successfully develop new business, expand client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. This role allows for some work-from-home flexibility to accommodate remote sales efforts.

Key Responsabilities.




Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers by understanding their transportation and logistics needs.
Prepare and present freight quotations, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful load execution.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer information in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company's overall growth.
Stay informed on market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to provide competitive transportation solutions.
Manage customer accounts by resolving issues, identifying additional business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
