As a .NET Technical Engineering Manager / Architect, you will lead high-performing engineering teams while remaining closely involved in the technical direction and execution of enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack. This role combines people leadership, architectural ownership, delivery management, and client-facing collaboration.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery across one or more engagements, ensuring engineering excellence, scalable solution design, and alignment with client and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering teams, participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and key technical decisions.
Define and drive architectural standards for solutions built using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and related Microsoft technologies.




Guide teams in implementing modern architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven architectures, modular monoliths, and domain-driven design.
Lead modernization initiatives, including migrations from legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core/.NET 8+.
Ensure engineering solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Support design reviews, technical spikes, proof-of-concepts, and architecture assessments when needed.
Champion engineering excellence through coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability practices.

People & Team Leadership

Lead and mentor Software Engineers, Technical Leads, QA Engineers, and other engineering professionals.
Coach senior engineers and emerging leaders, supporting career growth and leadership development.
