Slate Brands is an operator-led holding company building beauty and fragrance brands — in-house, with talent, and for partners. We develop and launch our own brands, we partner with talent on co-created lines, and we operate a distribution business across wholesale and retail channels. Our brands sell in national retail and direct to consumers.

We’re built as an international team. Our brand, product, creative, data, and operations leads work across Colombia, Mexico, and the US, with our commercial and retail operations based in New York. It’s how we’ve been able to build fast across multiple brands at once, and it’s a deliberate part of how we operate.

We’re small and fast-moving. Individual work is visible, decisions happen quickly, and people own their lane and are trusted to run it.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re launching a live selling channel — designer and prestige fragrance alongside our own brands — starting on Whatnot and Instagram Live, expanding to other platforms as they open up to us.

We have the strategy, the inventory, and the host.



We need the person who runs it day to day.

This is the role the channel lives or dies on. You’ll own everything between the product sitting on a shelf and the order going out the door: the calendar, the listings, the pricing, the run-of-show, the fulfillment handoff, the numbers afterward, and what we change next time. You’ll work daily with our host in New York, our inventory and fulfillment team, our marketing team, and our trade desk.

We’re looking for someone who lives in this world. Who watches live sellers, has opinions about what’s working on the platforms right now, and gets genuinely interested in why one show did triple the numbers of the last one. This is a new channel, and it will get built by whoever cares the most about it.
