Our client
They're a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand that believes creative is the biggest lever for profitable growth. Their marketing strategy is built on rapid experimentation, consumer insights, and performance-driven creative that scales across paid social channels.
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data. This role is responsible for owning the paid social experimentation process—from research and ideation to briefing, performance analysis, and creative iteration.
If you're passionate about uncovering winning ad angles, translating performance data into creative direction, and building systems that consistently produce winning ads, we'd love to meet you.

The Role
As their Creative Strategist,



you'll own the entire paid social creative testing pipeline.
You'll identify new opportunities through competitor, consumer, and trend research, develop hypotheses, write detailed creative briefs, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.
Success in this role is measured by the quality and impact of your experiments—not the volume of content alone.
You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social, CRM, designers, video editors, content creators, and external agencies to continuously improve creative performance across Meta and TikTok
What Will You Do
Paid Social Creative Strategy
Own the end-to-end paid social experimentation process.
Develop creative concepts based on performance data and customer insights.
Build and manage a structured testing roadmap.
Prioritize creative experiments based on business impact.
Continuously improve
