What is the role?

This position request business mindset, commercial and financial judgement, and the ability to connect Wholesale, Enterprise, LLA and Partners over deep technical specialisation.
The Senior Manager, IT Strategy, Governance & Business Enablement will lead the Liberty Networks IT organisation and serve as the primary connection between the business, LLA central functions, and Partners.

As Liberty Networks moves from a build-and-run model to govern-and-orchestrate priorities, service outcomes, financial decisions, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
The role requires a commercially minded and financially capable leader who can bring the different stakeholders together, resolve issues across organisational boundaries, and maintain clear accountability for outcomes.

How will you add value?

1. Business and Commercial Alignment
Serve as the principal technology partner to the Liberty Networks leadership team and the Wholesale and Enterprise businesses.
Translate commercial priorities, customer commitments,



and operational needs into a clear and prioritised technology agenda.
Work with the Wholesale and Enterprise leads to determine what should be delivered, in what order, and with what expected value.
Maintain a consolidated view of demand, dependencies, costs, risks, and expected benefits.
Challenge requirements where appropriate and ensure technology activity remains connected to business outcomes.
2. Strategic Partner and Service Governance
Act as the senior Liberty Networks counterpart to External Partners.
Establish clear governance, decision rights, escalation paths, service expectations, and accountability.
Hold Partners accountable for service levels, delivery commitments, quality, cost, and agreed business outcomes.
Lead regular governance forums covering service, delivery, financial performance, risk, and corrective actions.
Connect business, technology, Finance, Procurement, LLA, and vendor stakeholders when issues cross organisational boundar
