Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
Assist customers with questions related to orders, products,

Support appointment scheduling and booking requests
Help customers access, update, and manage their accounts
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions and case details
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Meet established quality, productivity, and service standards
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
