Epic Cadence & Referrals Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence & Referrals Analyst to join our IT healthcare team. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Cadence module with expertise in referral management. The candidate will work closely with scheduling teams, patient access, referral coordinators, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to improve appointment scheduling, referral workflows, and patient access processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Cadence application and Referrals functionality.
Gather, analyse, and document business and operational requirements from scheduling, patient access, and referral management teams.
Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Cadence enhancements and system changes.
Configure and support provider scheduling, appointment templates, patient scheduling, referral management, and work queues.
Support referral workflows, authorization processes, appointment coordination,



and scheduling optimization.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely application support.
Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.
Execute unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and support documentation.
Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with Prelude, Patient Access, Resolute, MyChart, and other Epic modules.
Ensure all configurations comply with Epic best practices, organizational standards, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Cadence and Referrals.
Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory.
Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
