The General Experience Lead Analyst, Data and Insights is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, operational excellence, and stakeholder enablement across the global Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Global Experience Ownership team, TA reporting team, R&O; (Recruitment & Onboarding Admin) Leadership and business leaders by translating data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance the employee and hiring manager experience.
