We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. This role is responsible for building relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Source and secure carrier capacity for shipments
Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining profitability goals
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers
Coordinate shipment pickups, deliveries, and appointments
Monitor load tracking and ensure updates are accurate
Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
Verify carrier documentation and confirm rate agreements
Assist with issue resolution, recoveries, and shipment delays
Support daily operational and customer service needs
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in carrier sales positions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
B2-C1 English level proficiency
