WindServer System Administrator

Position Summary

WSP is seeking a WindServer System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of WindServer environments supporting business-critical applications and infrastructure. This role includes managing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting upgrades and integrations, and ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of the platform.
The idóneo candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in system administration, enterprise application support, or IT infrastructure management. Due to the global nature of the projects and stakeholders, advanced English and French language proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support WindServer environments and associated infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security to ensure optimal operation.
Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.




Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and integration issues in a timely manner.
Support user account management, access control, and security administration.
Coordinate system backups, recovery procedures, and business continuity activities.
Manage system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, software vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Support system migrations, upgrades, and implementation of new functionalities.
Monitor system logs and perform proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Participate in testing activities, including system validation and post-upgrade verification.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices.
