Role Description The Lider de IA y Automatización is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bogotá, D.C., with the possibility of working from home part of the time. This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of AI and automation solutions that support mission-critical IT operations and services.



Day-to-day tasks include identifying automation opportunities across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services, coordinating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and translating business needs into scalable AI-driven workflows. The leader will manage project timelines, oversee integration with existing systems, monitor performance and reliability, and ensure solutions align with security and compliance standards. The role also includes mentoring team members, documenting best practices, and staying current with emerging AI, automation, and IT operations trends to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and process automation solutions, including design, implementation, and optimization.
Experience with IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity environments, ideally in high-availability or mission-critical contex
