Description

The Accounting Manager will oversee the integrity of financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax reporting, and accounting operations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and local regulations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening internal controls, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, leading audit and compliance activities, and safeguarding the Company's assets while partnering with regional and general stakeholders in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of statutory financial statements and financial reporting in accordance with local accounting standards (COL GAAP) and corporate requirements.
Oversee accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
Manage tax compliance activities, including the review of tax provisions, filings, and reporting obligations, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
Lead internal and external audits,



coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of information and fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
Oversee payroll accounting, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Supervise fixed assets, inventory, cost accounting, and related controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and asset protection.
Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including interactions with tax authorities and government entities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and support business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
Partner with regional and global teams within a multinational Shared Services environment to ensure alignment with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
