The Role
As a Luxury Travel Consultant / Travel Concierge, you will create and manage tailor-made travel experiences from simple getaways to complex, multi-destination international itineraries.
You will work closely with members to understand their preferences,



travel styles, and expectations, and curate personalised recommendations including flights, luxury hotels, villas, transfers, destination experiences, and travel services.
This is not a sales role. It is a consultative, service-driven position focused on understanding member needs, building exceptional travel solutions, and delivering seamless experiences from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with members to understand travel preferences and expectations.
Design personalised leisure travel itineraries across Europe and worldwide.
Book and manage flights, accommodation, and related travel services using GDS systems.
Recommend luxury hotels, exclusive experiences, and destination highlights tailored to each traveller.
Manage complex and multi-destination travel requests accurately.
Work closely with global teams, DMCs, and trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality travel
