We're a remote-first team, spread all over the world. At the same time, sometimes you may be asked to attend meetings in person, so being open to this is important for us.
Because we work with clients and team members across different countries and time zones, there will also be days when you'll need to start earlier or stay online a little longer. These situations aren't the norm, but they do happen, and we're looking for someone who accepts them as part of working in a dynamic, international environment.
