At Aditi LATAM, we're looking for a Senior Manual QA to join an exciting long-term project with one of the leading organizations in the U.S. insurance industry.
You'll be part of a digital transformation initiative focused on replacing legacy systems with modern applications that streamline regulatory processes and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
Design, create and execute manual test cases.
Perform functional, exploratory and regression testing.
Validate APIs using Postman.
Execute SQL queries to validate application data.
Report, document and track defects.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners and business stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.
Must Have
3+ years of Manual QA experience.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
Experience designing test cases.
Black Box, Boundary and Exploratory Testing.
Jira, TestRail or Azure DevOps.
SQL for database validation.
API Testing (Postman).
Basic knowledge of Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Advanced English.
