We are looking for an Early in Career (EiC) Intern who will actively contribute to positioning Roche as the employer of choice for early-career talent.
The EiC intern will work closely with EiC partners and specialists to plan and execute activities aimed at building and developing a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline that aligns with the future hiring needs of our business.
Position Summary:
The Early in Career (EiC) intern will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage university recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual passionate about young talent, growth, and innovation, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Support the management of university recruitment teams, working closely with EiC partners and specialists
Handle vendor relationships for recruitment events, including merchandising, giveaways, and storage logistics
Coordinate meetings with vendors to clarify event requirements based on predefined specifications
Provide administrative support to EiC partners and specialists
Assist in implementing EiC activities aligned with Roche’s general frameworks and strategies
