Requirements
Required – Technical Skills
15+ years of experience in SAP MM / Procurement, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Supplier Management.
Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Governance, and Purchasing Controls.
Hands-on experience with Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Master Data, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, and Procurement Planning.
Experience reviewing and validating integrations with external procurement systems, supplier platforms, and third-party applications.
Knowledge of procurement compliance, risk assessment, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops, process validation, gap analysis, SIT/UAT preparation, and testing support.
Mandatory certification:
SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
