About The Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist at SellCord, you'll support our Sales team by owning and optimizing HubSpot, improving CRM processes, and delivering the reporting and automation needed to help the team operate efficiently.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to maintain accurate data, streamline workflows, build dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Own the administration, optimization, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM
Build and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, custom properties, forms, and dashboards
Serve as the primary Sales Operations resource for the Sales team, supporting CRM processes and day-to-day operations
Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure HubSpot remains the company's source of truth
Develop reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance, KPIs, forecasting, and overall business performance
Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, and operational workflows
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency across teams
Collaborate on CRM enhancements, integrations, and other Revenue Ope
