Role Description The Remote Intake Specialist – Personal Injury (Bilingual English / Spanish) is a full-time role responsible for handling new client inquiries, screening potential cases, and gathering initial facts in both English and Spanish. This position conducts detailed intake interviews, documents accident circumstances,



captures medical and insurance information, and ensures accurate data entry into case management systems. The specialist will communicate with prospective clients by phone, email, and text, provide clear explanations of the intake process, and set expectations for next steps. The role includes coordinating with attorneys and support staff to route qualified leads, schedule consultations, and follow up promptly on outstanding information. This is a remote position that requires consistent availability, professional communication, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
Experience with Client Intake and information gathering in a legal, medical, or professional services setting.
