About the Role
At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we're looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our global Media team.

You'll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging leading advertising platforms.

? Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for professionals with:
3+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (required)
Microsoft Bing Ads
Search Ads 360 (SA360)
Google Ads Editor
Experience building campaigns from scratch and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.
Strong knowledge of:
Keyword research and strategy
Match types and negative keywords
Smart bidding strategies
Budget management and campaign pacing




Performance analysis and reporting
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Manage end-to-end Paid Search campaigns across multiple search platforms.
Develop optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and overall campaign health.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and Paid Search best practices.
