About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Support Engineering team. This opportunity is designed as a talent development program for candidates looking to start their career in technology while working with enterprise applications and cloud environments.
The role combines application support, troubleshooting, debugging, and development using modern technologies. Candidates will work closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
English is a critical requirement for this position and will be evaluated throughout the recruitment process. Candidates must feel comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders in English.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution.
• Debug backend and frontend applications.
• Work with databases, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve system stability.
• Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
On-Call Support Requirement
This role requires participation in an On-Call Support rotation.
Candidates must be willing to:
• Respond to critical production incidents outside regular business hours.
• Join incident bridge calls when required.
• Support business-critical systems during On-Call periods.
• Work with technical teams to restore services and resolve incidents.
