The Senior Manager, Engineering – Web & Connected TV will lead multiple engineering initiatives and a team of software engineers responsible for delivering the web and Connected TV streaming experiences that power millions of viewers across the U.S., Mexico, Spain, and Latin America.
This leader will oversee engineering execution across browser-based streaming platforms including Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Hisense Vidaa, Vizio SmartCast, and Comcast/Firebolt while helping shape the technical roadmap, engineering practices, and platform evolution for one of ViX's most critical customer experiences.
Working closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, Data, Ads, Subscription, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering, the Senior Manager will drive technical execution, engineering quality,



operational excellence, and scalable software delivery while ensuring engineering investments align with broader business priorities.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining people leadership, technical strategy, software architecture, delivery oversight, and cross-functional influence. The idóneo candidate is equally comfortable coaching engineers, solving complex technical challenges, driving execution across multiple initiatives, and influencing engineering direction across the organization.
