We are seeking a profile who enjoys connecting teams, bringing structure to processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly in a dynamic environment.

What will be your impact?

Coordinate multiple workflows across cross-functional teams
Ensure time tracking compliance and operational consistency
Support vendor onboarding and documentation management
Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and data organization
Act as a key connector between teams (Media, Finance, HR, Legal, Creative)
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes

What are we looking for?

2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or coordination roles
Experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies (highly preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills,



including interaction with senior stakeholders
Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and attention to detail

Key to success in this role:
A solid understanding of the media/advertising ecosystem and the ability to confidently navigate this environment.

You will work with international teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-impact environment.
