About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Strategy Associate for New Business and Client Development to support our new business efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Client Strategy, sales, and strategy teams to help bring custom pitch decks to life. Your day-to-day will mostly consist of translating complex marketing strategies into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations for prospective clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling through strategy and design, has a foundational understanding of digital marketing, and wants to grow their skills at the intersection of sales, strategy,



and creative communication.

What You’ll Do
Assist in the creation and refinement of custom pitch decks for prospective clients
Collaborate with sales and strategy partners to understand client needs, goals, and challenges
Help translate paid media, SEO, and broader digital strategies into clear, easy-to-understand narratives
Support the visual layout and informational design of slides to ensure clarity, flow, and impact
Ensure pitch materials are on-brand, polished, and aligned with our strategic point of view
Iterate on decks based on feedback, timelines, and evolving pitch needs

Must-Have Skills
Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, especially paid media channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as SEO/GEO (depth not required, we’ll help you grow)
Strong written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
A clear eye for visual communication,
