About the Company

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Growth & Marketing Automation to lead customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth initiatives.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Own the growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
Drive direct bookings, customer lifetime value (CLV), repeat bookings, and referral growth.
Lead lifecycle marketing programs, including email, SMS, personalization, segmentation, and automation.
Oversee marketing technology platforms such as Klaviyo, CRM systems, and AI-driven solutions.
Leverage data and analytics to optimize performance, improve ROI, and support business decisions.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing automation and lifecycle marketing team.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Revenue Marketing.
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams,



agencies, or cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced expertise in Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing.
Proven experience driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience implementing AI-powered marketing and automation initiatives.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

Hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, SaaS, eCommerce, or subscription-based businesses.
Scaling marketing operations in high-growth environments.
Building and developing marketing teams.

Pay range and compensation package
