Role Description The President role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Medellín Metropolitan Area. The President will provide strategic leadership, define long-term vision and growth priorities, and ensure alignment between product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business planning, financial performance, and resource allocation,



while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and ethical conduct. The role will involve building and mentoring a senior leadership team, strengthening relationships with key customers, partners, and investors, and representing Aeva in external forums and industry events. The President will also guide market expansion efforts, ensure operational excellence, and drive initiatives that support Aeva’s mission of accelerating autonomy through its perception platform.
Qualifications
Proven executive leadership experience, including setting vision, driving strategy, and managing senior teams in technology or high-growth companies.
