The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Representative to join our growing team from LATAM. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients successfully manage their payments while providing exceptional customer service throughout the collection process.
You will work directly with clients to process payments, resolve billing concerns, explain available payment options, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive client experience. This position is adecuado for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, communicating with clients, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Work Setup
Fully remote role based in LATAM.
Full-time position.
40 hours per week.
Compensation ranges from $6.00 to $8.00 USD per hour.
Weekend availability is required (the schedule rotates on a Monthly basis).
What You'll Do
The Collections Representative is responsible for managing the firm’s accounts receivable portfolio by partnering with attorneys, clients, and Finance personnel to facilitate the timely collections of outstanding receivables.
This position serves as a trusted advisor to attorneys on collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Manage an assigned portfolio of attorney and client accounts to reduce aged accounts receivable and improve collection performance.
