Role:
Manage and improve the SAP Financial Modules to ensure alignment with business requirements, maintain system reliability, comply with service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure the smooth running of financial operations. Through the implementation of financial functions, incident resolution,



and the execution of change and incident management processes using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business process owners to propose solutions that address requirements for assigned change and service requests, by analyzing, identifying, and documenting in detail the needs of the financial and control process, describing its current operation step by step, with the aim of proposing technological solutions that optimize its efficiency, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
Provide support and perform maintenance on system configuration, responding to incidents and requests, in order to ensure that end users obtain the expected results in their financial and control processes.
Identify and document new processes related to the Record to Report (R2R) cycle, with the aim of generating a structured source of information that serves as a reference, support, and starting point for the team in future cases or initiatives.
