We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the setup and maintenance of hardware and software, resolving technical issues efficiently, and creating clear documentation for unique cases. Job Conditions

Indefinite-term contract.
40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 23:00 (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
100% on-site located in the Chicó Norte neighborhood.




A private shuttle service will be provided to take you safely to your home after your shift. Alternatively, you will receive a fuel allowance if you use your own transportation.
Monthly gross salary of 3,000,000 COP + full statutory legal benefits + legal transportation allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, including office equipment and networking devices (computers, printers, WiFi, video/sound equipment in meeting rooms, servers, etc.).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, providing timely IT assistance to employees.
Manage user controls, including assigning necessary roles upon employee onboarding and executing account closures upon dismissal.
Track and manage support tickets within the Jira system, ensuring SLAs and deadlines are strictly met, and escalating issues to other departments when necessary.
