Job Title: Creative Strategist
Role Type: 3 months (Contractual role)
Workplace: Remote
Budget: $10-15/hr
Timing: 15-30 hours per week

Position Summary
The Creative Strategist bridges Paid Media and Creative, turning campaign data and audience
insights into high-performing creative. This is a hybrid strategy + execution role where you’ll
define what should be made and help bring it to life, either by creating assets yourself or
partnering with integral designers to execute quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
● Translate campaign goals and performance data into clear, actionable creative strategies
● Concept and brief ad creative and landing page experiences across paid channels
● Analyze performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to identify insights and testing opportunities
● Create or iterate on assets (static, video, landing pages) when needed
● Collaborate with global design resources to execute and deliver creative at scale
● Own the creative workflow from brief → production → QA → launch
● Support and execute A/B testing to continuously improve performance




● Present insights, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients

Qualifications
● 3–5 years in creative strategy, graphic design, or performance advertising
● Hands-on design experience (ads, landing pages, or video)
● Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
● Experience using performance data to guide creative decisions
● Excellent communication and organizational skills

Bonus:
● Experience working with remote or global teams

Technical Skills
● Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
● Experience with creative analytics tools (Motion, Prism, or similar)
● Strong understanding of performance metrics and testing frameworks
● Comfortable working in project management tools (Monday.com or similar)

Preferred:
● Proficiency with advertising and analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,
GA4, etc.)
