DevOps Service Manager - Cloud Services Manager - IT Service Delivery Manager
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)

In Omnicom Production, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Service Manager to serve as the primary coordinator for infrastructure, cloud, and application service delivery across the organization. This role bridges business requirements with technical implementation, partnering closely with development, cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

The idóneo candidate brings a strong background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, solution architecture, and IT service management, combined with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps service requests.
Manage, prioritize, and coordinate work through ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.




Design solution architectures and create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Facilitate architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure best practices and governance standards are followed.
Coordinate change management activities and oversee implementation schedules.
Support incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure SLA compliance.
Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide hands-on support with cloud platforms, automation, scripting, infrastructure validation, and CI/CD pipelines when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engine
