What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to our Director, backed by a driven, high-energy team that believes in big ideas and even bigger execution, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, shaping the future of our LATAM partnerships and growth strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
Identify, approach and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, PAMM Managers, EA Developers, Signal providers, Trading Academies, Influencers and Strategic Partners across LATAM.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
Generate measurable growth through acquisition of new partners and expansion of existing relationships.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures.
Develop and execute strategies to keep partners motivated, active, and profitable.

Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor partners' performance metrics,
