As an AI Solutions Expert / Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that automate and optimize the end-to-end content lifecycle across a global self-care organization. Working at the intersection of AI engineering and content operations, you will help transform how content is created, managed, reviewed, and delivered across consumer and professional touchpoints.
You will play a key role in connecting innovative AI capabilities with business outcomes, building scalable solutions that improve content quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and speed to market. Main responsibilities:
Design and deliver AI-powered solutions that automate content creation, adaptation, review, approval, and distribution across integral channels and markets.
Build and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft Azure AI services, including generative AI, intelligent search, and document processing capabilities.
Develop data pipelines and integrations that connect AI models with content platforms, enterprise systems, and delivery channels.
Lead projects from proof of concept through production deployment, establishing reliable development, deployment, monitoring, and governance practices.
