We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regional Media Billing & Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end media billing and invoice reconciliation process, ensuring billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial compliance across multiple markets and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end media billing and invoice reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
Process accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices using Mediaocean (formerly Donovan Data Systems) and other financial systems
Review, validate, and reconcile media invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and media plans
Investigate, track, and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with media teams,



vendors, finance, and other internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate billing, reconciliation, and invoice tracking reports while ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness
Monitor invoice processing timelines and ensure compliance with internal deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to media billing and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, company policies, and financial procedures
Identify opportunities to improve billing, reconciliation, and operational processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution and exceptional service
