As an Expert Coverage Analyst, you translate client research questions into the right experts. You read a research brief, understand the sector and the business model underneath it, and identify precisely who has the firsthand knowledge to answer it. You then build and maintain that coverage across the end markets our clients care about most. This is a research and judgment role at its core: relevance calls, domain fluency, and speed matter far more than volume for its own sake.
This is an independent contractor engagement (prestación de servicios), not an employment position under Colombian labor law. It is remote,



open to candidates based in Colombia who can reliably overlap US and/or European business hours and have a stable internet and power setup.
What You'll Do
Translate ambiguous client research needs into precise expert profiles, sector maps, and search strategies.
Identify and build coverage of domain experts against live and anticipated client research requests, using LinkedIn, our internal database, and other channels.
Screen experts for relevance, depth, and compliance fit, making fast, well-reasoned judgment calls on who advances.
Manage the full path from first contact through screening and onboarding, keeping quality high at every step.
Maintain accurate records of coverage, response, and turnaround across sectors so gaps are visible and closable.
Hit responsiveness and turnaround targets on time-sensitive requests where speed is a competitive edge.
Coordinate with client-facing and research teams to close coverage gaps and sharpen sourcing over time.
