Reportes de ventas diarios y cuadres de ventas mensuales
Las Funciones & Responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
1. Efectuar la toma de servicios, teniendo en cuenta las actividades, tareas y
registros descritos en el instructivo para la Toma de Servicios.
2. Incentivar al cliente al consumo de servicios, demostrando conocimiento y
presentando alternativas de servicios.
3. Recibir del cliente sus inquietudes, sugerencias, quejas y reclamos,, Y
transmitirlas al jefe inmediato.
4. Brindar al cliente interno y externo un trato cordial y amable durante la toma
de servicios
5. Realizar arqueos de caja esporádicamente y reportar anomalías
6. Brindar solución a las situaciones que se presentan cuando no se reali
