Summary:
We are hiring a Technical Manager with deep, battle-tested experience leading Legacy Modernization programs at enterprise scale. This is a hands-on technical leadership role — someone who can step into complex, decades-old systems, quickly assess what needs to change and why, design the modernization path, and drive execution with authority and credibility.
This role partners directly with Portfolio Leaders and client stakeholders, leading full modernization lifecycles from assessment through cloud migration, re-platforming, and stabilization. A critical differentiator is the ability to leverage AI-powered tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end legacy modernization engagements including assessment, migration strategy, architecture design, execution, and post-migration stabilization across on-premise to cloud transitions
Define and own modernization roadmaps, selecting the appropriate approach across the 6 Rs (rehost, replatform, refactor, re-architect, rebuild, retire)




Apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate modernization, including codebase analysis, dependency mapping, transformation, infrastructure-as-code generation, and test coverage analysis
Drive infrastructure modernization alongside application changes, including containerization (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud landing zone design
Act as the senior technical authority in client engagements, leading architecture reviews, risk assessments, and executive-level discussions
Mentor and guide engineering teams, establishing standards, reusable patterns, and accelerators to improve delivery quality and speed
Partner with AI and Cloud practices to integrate AI-native approaches into modernization frameworks and contribute to reusable solutions
