We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-oriented Regional Project Manager, Hub Operations – LATAM to drive operational excellence across our regional Hub. This role is responsible for leading project governance, resource planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

This individual will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless collaboration across regional and global teams to support the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Project Management Hub, ensuring efficient execution across multiple regional projects.
Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, governance frameworks,



and operational best practices.
Monitor project portfolios, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Operations, Client Services, Finance, Media, and Capability teams.
Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues while developing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and executive-level presentations.
Manage capacity planning and resource utilization across the Hub.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project governance, and operational procedures.
Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement across regional operations.
