Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Solutions Leader to spearhead

business development, solution consulting, and enterprise-level CRM transformation initiatives.

This role will drive customer success from pre-sales through implementation and serve as
a trusted advisor to customers pursuing digital sales and customer engagement
transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The idóneo candidate combines strong business consulting skills, enterprise CRM
implementation experience, project leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Consulting & Requirements Definition
• Understand customer sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes and
identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into Dynamics
365 Sales solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, end users, and executive
sponsors.
• Define solution scope, roadmap, and implementation strategy for enterprise
customers.
Project Leadership




• Lead Dynamics 365 Sales implementation projects.
• Coordinate business consultants, functional consultants, solution architects,
developers, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and customer expectations.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Solution Delivery & Support Governance
• Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales deployment, integration, testing, and adoption
activities.
• Establish support and operational governance models.
• Coordinate global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues and delivery challenges.

Requisitos
Required Qualifications:

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting, enterprise application implementation,
or digital transformation programs.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales projects.
