What will you do?

DAY TO DAY DATA MANAGEMENT
Work with the team to resolve any issues, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs focusing on creating measurable/ qualitative improvements relating to static data setup for counterparties.
Liaise with all static data teams and GBM business lines and other GBM stakeholders to clarify and investigate data issues/ inconsistencies. Act as a central point of contact with other departments for counterparty related issues and champion continuous improvement initiatives that support the optimal function for the businesses that we support.
Strong operating knowledge of current and upcoming changes in rules and regulations such as a FATCA, Volker, EMIR, Dodd Frank as applicable to GBM businesses and in accordance with the relevant governing regulator bodies, specifically CFTC, IRS, OSFI, FINRA, SEC, CIRO etc.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT




Identifies and evaluates various automation and technology solutions that improve productivity, cost, quality, capacity and scale, standardization and cycle time of data flows and processes; works collaboratively with GWRT to design and build the necessary technology platforms and/or tools.
COST MANAGEMENT
Oversight and Management on direct and indirect budget operational cost allocations to the supported GBM businesses. Manage costs by reviewing and implementing process improvement initiatives, technology rationalization and resource optimization to reduce operational costs.
LEADERSHIP
Build and maintain an effectively performing and high-quality integral team by providing hands-on leadership and on-going direction, subject matter advice and guidance.
