Position Summary
9606 Capital is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the General Partner and management company entities.
The adecuado candidate possesses a strong accounting foundation, excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to independently manage recurring financial processes with minimal supervision. This individual will serve as the firm's internal finance lead, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, sound financial controls,



and smooth coordination with external accounting and tax professionals.
Success in this role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to continuously improve financial processes as the organization grows.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Financial Planning & Budgeting
Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget and explain key variances.
Identify spending trends, cost-saving opportunities, and financial risks.
Prepare financial analyses to support management decision-making.
Maintain budgeting models and planning schedules.

Financial Reporting
Own the monthly and quarterly management reporting process.
Prepare executive financial reports, KPI dashboards, and operating summaries.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and presented in a clear, decision-useful format.
Support ad hoc financial analyses and reporting requests.
