JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a bilingual (English) Attorney with 5 to 7 years of professional
experience, specifically in corporate litigation, corporate law, and mergers and
acquisitions (M&A;).

REQUIREMENTS

Law degree.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).5 to 7 years of
experience in corporate litigation, corporate law, and M&A; transactions.Previous
experience in a law firm is highly preferred.Proven experience advising domestic
and international clients.

* The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on matters
including:

* Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements and asset purchase
agreements.
* Structuring and managing investment vehicles.




* Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements.
* Designing and implementing corporate reorganization structures, including
spin-offs, mergers, and corporate transformations.
* Designing and implementing corporate governance structures.
* Advising on corporate dissolution and liquidation processes.
