We are looking for a Content & Design Analyst to lead the planning, creation, and execution of customer communications across digital channels. This role combines content strategy, graphic design, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making to deliver engaging customer experiences that drive conversion, loyalty, and business growth. What you'll do

Plan, create, and execute customer communication strategies across channels such as Email Marketing,



SMS, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital touchpoints.
Design high-quality marketing assets and content aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
Partner closely with marketing teams across multiple brands to ensure the successful delivery of services and campaigns.
Coordinate and lead content and design initiatives, collaborating with CRM, analytics, product, automation, and other cross-functional teams.
Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
