Requirements
Required – Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
Strong expertise in Salesforce business process design and optimization.
Experience with Salesforce configuration tools:
Salesforce Flows
Process Builder
Validation Rules
Lightning App Builder
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge and Experience Cloud.
Understanding of security configurations and access management within Salesforce.
Experience supporting KPI reporting and performance tracking initiatives.

Experience in business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
