About The Role
As a Junior Talent Discovery Consultant, you’ll partner with the Talent Discovery team and Hiring Managers to proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. With guidance from the team, you’ll progressively manage end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with Consultants, Leads, and Directors.
Responsibilities
Participate in profile alignment meetings and kick-off calls with Hiring Managers
Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategies
Proactively identify and engage talent across the digital and technology markets
Propose innovative sourcing ideas and new candidate-attraction channels
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates
Advocate for candidates when presenting profiles to business leaders
Open, post, and continuously update job vacancies in Greenhouse
Maintain accurate recruitment data and support clean, reliable reporting
Guide Hiring Managers on standard Talent Discovery processes and best practices
Progressively manage assigned searches from initial briefing through final offer, with support as needed
