About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Operations Intern who is best in
class with a high IQ plus a high EQ.
This role presents an exciting opportunity
to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team,

The IT Operations Intern will assist Sezzle’s IT Operations team with daily
support tasks, troubleshooting, and project-based initiatives. This role is
designed for a candidate pursuing a technical degree who wants to gain
real-world experience in IT service delivery and operational support. The intern
will work closely with the IT Operations team to ensure timely resolution of
end-user issues, maintain accurate inventory, and contribute to IT process
improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* IT Service Desk Support: Respond to and resolve incoming IT service desk
tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues.
* Break/Fix Work: Assist with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues,
including both macOS and Wind
