shipment from start to finish? At Staffbridge, we’re looking for a proactive
Track & Trace Specialist based in Medellín to join our growing logistics
operations team.
You’ll play a key role ensuring smooth freight movement, proactive
problem-solving, and real-time communication with customers and carriers, all
while growing your career in an international environment.
?What You’ll Do
* Track and monitor shipments through multiple carriers and systems.
* Identify potential delays and act quickly to resolve them.
* Communicate real-time updates to customers, dispatch, and operations.
* Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure all documentation is complete.
* Collaborate across teams to guarantee a seamless freight experience.
?What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in Track & Trace, dispatch, or freight visibility.
* Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border freight operations.
* Proficiency in TMS platforms and carrier communications.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and great at problem-solving.
* Excellent English communication skills (bilingual role).
