We're looking for a Technical Product & Engineering Specialist to drive the
technical direction of our logistics platform. This is a hands-on leadership
role for someone who can solve complex engineering challenges, lead technical
teams, and bridge the gap between product, operations, and customers.
? WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead technical troubleshooting across our AWS serverless platform
* Debug, write, and deploy Node.js production code
* Design scalable solutions and improve system performance
* Lead engineering priorities, backlog, and technical execution
* Translate business needs into technical solutions
* Support customer integrations and resolve complex production issues
* Drive engineering best practices and release quality
? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS Serverless
* Knowledge of Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and CloudWatch
* Experience leading engineering teams and reviewing code
* Excellent problem-solving, architecture, and API troubleshooting skills
* Advanced English with the ability to communicate with customers and
executives
* Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead projects end-to-end
? NICE TO HAVE
* Experience in logistics, shipping, or last-mile technology
* Carrier API integrations, shipment tracking, or label generation
* React, SQL, analytics, or internal tools experience
